Do you want to return an item? 

If you want to exchange or return an item, please note the following if you would like to receive a full refund:

•    The item you return must be in its original packaging and Keep the tag intact.

•    Please remove the product tag after you are satisfied with the product. If the tag is removed or damaged, it cannot be returned.

•    The product must not show any signs of wear, stains or damage, or smell of external odors such as perfumes or smoke，otherwise we are unable to re-sell the item.

•    You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the package (based on the arrival date shown by the courier). This is the statutory return period and there are no exceptions.

The parcel must be sent directly to our address, and no parcel box or post office may be selected, otherwise we are not able to handle your return parcel. 

 

How soon will I receive my refund?

You will receive a confirmation email once your returned package has been delivered. The purchase amount will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
