How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

I haven't recieved all my items - what do I do?

All goods are double checked before dispatching from our warehouse. But if you are unfortunate enough to encounter a situation where one or several items are missing, you must contact our customer service within 12 hours of receiving the goods so that we can help you as much as possible.

 

I just bought some items - and now they are on sale. Can i get the difference refunded?

Unfortunately no. It is always unfortunate to have ordered and there is a sales campaign afterwards. But this will always affect someone, regardless when we start.
Therefore, campaigns do not apply retroactively either.
